PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a depilatory control device for cell regeneration and activation by promoting blood circulation with phototherapy and electrotherapy.SOLUTION: A depilatory control device has: a housing 110 which is devided into a head 114 including a front plate 114a and a back plate 114b and a handle 112 connected to the head and formed so that it can be held； electrode bars 120 protruding along a frame of the head and stimulating a scalp； an electrode-bar-fastening plate 130 which fastens the electrode bars and connected to a vibrator 132 mounted inside the head of the housing and applying vibration； a control button 140 attached to the housing for controlling a drive of the electrode bar and the vibrator； and a light source 150 connected to an inner side radially from the electrode bars on the front plate of the head. Since a phototherapy and an electrotherapy are simultaneously performed to promote blood circulation and increase cell regeneration and thus cells are activated, it can be used not only for depilatory treatment but also for prevention. Furthermore, an efficacy of the electrotherapy and the light source can be maximized while a blind area of the light can be minimized because the electrode bar reflects the light.【課題】脱毛管理器を提供する。【解決手段】脱毛管理器は、正面板１１４ａと背面板１１４ｂとを含むヘッド１１４と、ヘッドに連設されて把持可能に形成された取っ手１１２とに区分されるハウジング１１０と、ヘッドのフレームに沿って突設され、頭皮に刺激を加える電極棒１２０と、電極棒と締結され、ハウジングのヘッド内に設けられ、振動を加える振動器１３２が結合された電極棒締結板１３０と、ハウジングに装着されたものであって、電極棒及び振動器の駆動を調節する制御ボタン１４０と、ヘッドの正面板で電極棒より放射状の内側に結合された光源１５０と、を含む。光線療法及び電気療法を同時に行って、血液循環が促進され、細胞の再生力が増加し、細胞が活性化されるために脱毛治療用だけではなく、予防用としても使うことができる。また、電極棒が光を反射するために、電気療法と光源とによる効果を極大化し、かつ光の死角地帯を最小化する。【選択図】図１
