PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individually packaged absorbent article facilitating individually packaging a used absorbent article with a packaging sheet by reducing the number of components, and retaining an engaging performance of an engaging part at a predetermined level or above.SOLUTION: An individually packaged absorbent article is formed by extending one side part in the longitudinal direction of a packaging sheet to a front side than a front part in the longitudinal direction of an absorbent article, forming both side parts in the width direction of the packaging sheet to the right and left sides than both side parts in the width direction of the absorbent article, loading the absorbent article on the inside of the packaging sheet followed by bending the packaging sheet and the absorbent article to the inside in the longitudinal direction.
