Heat ray reflective transparent material, method for producing heat ray reflective transparent material, and greenhouse equipped with heat ray reflective transparent material
<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-ray-reflective transparent material produced through simple manufacturing processes and having excellent visible light transmission and heat ray reflecting performance. <;P>;SOLUTION: The heat-ray-reflective transparent material is obtained by forming a metal-doped indium oxide membrane on the surface of a transparent substrate. The metal-doped indium oxide membrane has a film thickness of 120-150 nm and a resistivity of &ge;3×;10<;SP>;-3<;/SP>;&Omega; cm. The transparent material has a visible light transmittance of &ge;85% and a solar transmittance of &le;82%, with a difference between the visible light transmittance and the solar transmittance equal to or greater than 7. <;P>;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
