<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-ray-reflective transparent material produced through simple manufacturing processes and having excellent visible light transmission and heat ray reflecting performance. <；P>；SOLUTION: The heat-ray-reflective transparent material is obtained by forming a metal-doped indium oxide membrane on the surface of a transparent substrate. The metal-doped indium oxide membrane has a film thickness of 120-150 nm and a resistivity of &ge；3×；10<；SP>；-3<；/SP>；&Omega； cm.
