PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a root vegetable harvester configured to harvest a mass of root vegetables while maintaining a desired accuracy in processing root vegetables, and improved in operation efficiency.SOLUTION: The root vegetable harvester includes a pair of right and left holding/conveying belts (18) each provided with two pairs of right and left shoulder aligning conveying belts (104) and right and left stem/leaf conveying belts (108), the right and left sides of a conveyance path for harvesting root vegetables using the pair of right and left holding/conveying belts (18), are disposed with conveyance paths for cutting stems and leaves of root vegetables using the pairs of right and left shoulder aligning conveying belts (104) and the right and left stem/leaf conveying belts (108), respectively, a bifurcation body (128) for horizontally bifurcating a conveyance passage for root vegetables to be conveyed, is provided on the conveyance path for harvesting root vegetables, and guiding bodies (130, 131) are provided for guiding the root vegetables conveyed while being bifurcated by the branching body (128) to a conveyance starting ends of the right and left conveyance paths for cutting stems and leaves of root vegetables.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は、根菜類の処理精度を所望に維持しながら、多量の根菜類を収穫できるようにして作業能率を向上させることを課題とする。【解決手段】 根菜類収穫機において、左右一対の挟持搬送帯(18)に対して左右一対の肩揃え搬送帯(104)及び左右一対の茎葉搬送帯(108)を2組設け、左右一対の挟持搬送帯(18)による根菜類の収穫用搬送経路の左右に、左右一対の肩揃え搬送帯(104)及び左右一対の茎葉搬送帯(108)による根菜類の茎葉切断用搬送経路を各々配置し、収穫用搬送経路上には搬送される根菜類の搬送路を左右に分岐させる分岐体(128)を設け、該分岐体(128)で分岐されて搬送される根菜類を左右各々の茎葉切断用搬送経路の搬送始端部に案内する案内体(130、131)を設けた。【選択図】図9
