PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral immune function-controlling composition in which the function to control immunity is improved and which can be put in the oral cavity or can be ingested safely because it is composed of safe food ingredients.SOLUTION: The invention provides an oral immune function-controlling composition containing at least lactic acid bacteria nanoparticles with a peak particle diameter of primary particles of 1 μm or less, the particles having lactic acid bacterial cells consisting of a dead bacterial cells of lactic acid bacteria Enterococcus faecalis, and a "dispersant or coating agent" imparted on the surface of the lactic acid bacterial cells and a binding component of the lactic acid bacteria nanoparticle.
