The present invention relates to antibody against claudin 3 and 4, capable of being used for preventing or treating cancer. The antibody of the present invention specifically binds to the claudin 3 and 4 which are over-expressed in cancer cells, particularly in ovarian cancer cells. Compared to sequences of complementarity-determining regions (CDRs) on existing antibodies targeting the claudin 3 and 4, the antibody of the present invention shows low homology and ensures uniqueness in the sequence.
