According to one embodiment, a system for revealing patient cardiovascular information receives patient-specific data regarding the geometry of the patient's heart and is based on the patient-specific data. This at least one computer system creates a physics-based model related to the characteristics of blood flow in the patient's heart, and based on the three-dimensional model and this physics-based model, coronary blood in the patient's heart.
