The present invention relates to an apparatus comprising: - a chassis with a support plate, and a lateral rim delimiting the support plate, which lateral rim preferably extends downwards relative to said support plate； - an electric vibration motor fastened to the lower face of the support plate； - an electric infrared emitting plate element comprising a carbon membrane and being positioned above or on top of said support plate； and - a cover plate of a polymeric material and adapted to cover at least the support plate and the electric infrared emitting plate element.
