The present invention relates to a dental implant structure comprising: a fixture fixed to an alveolar bone； an abutment coupled with the fixture, and having an artificial tooth attached thereto； and a coupling factor coupled with the fixture and the abutment. According to the dental implant structure of the present invention, the fixture comprises a bottom fixed to an alveolar bone and a top coupled with the abutment. A first screw for being fixed to an alveolar bone is formed on a part of or the overall surface of the bottom of the fixture, and the bottom of the fixture has a shape extending along a rotation axial line of the first screw. A second screw is formed on a part of or the overall surface of the top of the fixture, and the top of the fixture has a shape extending along a rotation axial line of the second screw. The abutment has an inner open hole in which the top of the fixture is inserted from the bottom end thereof, and a surface to which an artificial tooth is attached is disposed on the outer surface thereof. The coupling factor has a third screw coupled with the second screw at the top of the fixture, and the third screw has a shape extending along a rotation axial line. The third screw of the coupling factor and the second screw of the top of the fixture are coupled with each other.
