PURPOSE: An apparatus for washing a red pepper is provided to offer an advantage of increasing the washing efficiency by using a method of washing with rubbing the red pepper.CONSTITUTION: A water reservoir space which has an opened top portion to store the water by installing in a water tub (120) body frame (110) is formed. An input brush roller (130) discharges a red pepper to the outside of the water tub according to a rotation. An inclined guide part (140) is slantly extended to downward in the one side upper end of the water tub. A first and a second rubbing brush rollers (150,160) are installed to face each other in a falling path of the red pepper and are rotated to the inter opposition direction. A discharge guide part (170) has a binding route in which the top is opened. A driver (180) rotates the first and the second rubbing brush roller and the input brush roller. An air feeder (201) supplies a compressed air through a main supply pipe. An injection nozzle (203) is installed in the inside tank in order to be connected with the main supply pipe of the air feeder.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 고추 세척장치에 관한 것으로서, 바디 프레임에 설치되어 저수공간이 형성된 수조와, 수조의 일측 가장자리에 인접되게 일부가 잠긴상태로 회전가능하게 설치되며 수조에 투입된 고추를 회전에 의해 수조 외측으로 배출시키는 투입 브러쉬롤러와, 투입 브러쉬롤러에 의해 수조 외측으로 배출되는 고추의 낙하경로를 경사지게 이동하여 낙하되도록 수조의 일측 상단에서 하방으로 경사지게 연장된 경사 안내부와, 투입 브러쉬롤러에 의해 경사 안내부를 거쳐 낙하되는 고추를 마찰에 의해 세척하면서 하방으로 배출할 수 있도록 경사 안내부 하부의 고추의 낙하 경로상에 상호 대향되게 설치되어 상호 반대방향으로 회전되는 제1 및 제2 마찰 브러쉬롤러와, 제1 및 제2마찰 브러쉬롤러를 통해 배출되는 고추가 바디 프레임의 배출구로 배출되게 이동을 가이드 할 수 있도록 배출구를 향해 경사지게 형성되되 상부가 열린 구속경로가 형성된 배출 가이드부와, 제1 및 제2 마찰 브러쉬롤러와 상기 투입 브러쉬롤러를 회전구동시키는 구동부를 구비하고, 구동부는 제2마찰 브러쉬롤러에 대해 제1마찰 브러쉬롤러의 분당 회전수가 더 높게 회전되게 설치되어 있다. 이러한 고추 세척장치에 의하면, 수조를 거쳐 고추를 투입시키면서 회전수가 상호 다르게 회전되는 마찰 브러쉬 롤러를 고추가 통과하게 함으로써 비벼 세척하는 방식에 의해 세척효율을 높일 수 있은 장점을 제공한다.
