When a conventional nozzle head discharges a molten metal material, a temperature distribution of the metal material in a molten state is increased. As a result, the discharged metal material has instable composition deviation and volume. The nozzle head of the present invention comprises: a nozzle discharging a molten metal; a pressure room which generates pressure to discharge the molten metal through the nozzle; a supply room to provide molten metal to the pressure room; a piston arranged all over the pressure room and supply room, transferring the pressure; and a pressurizing part operating the piston. Moreover, the nozzle head uses a first heating device to heat the pressure room and supply room, and a second heating device to heat the piston. Also, provided is a manufacturing apparatus of metal particles using the nozzle head.
