A controller 60 includes an operation part 70 and a display part 80. The operation part 70 includes a right selection button 75R and a left selection button 75L for selecting one of a plurality of icons 83-87 as a selection icon. The display part 80 displays the plurality of icons 83-87 corresponding to the respective plurality of procedures.
