The present invention relates to: a novel Clostridium butyricum KNU-L09 strain (Accession No. KCTC 12975BP) having antagonistic ability against pathogenic microorganisms a microorganism preparation using the same and a manufacturing method thereof. As a result of experimentally confirming that the novel strain of the present invention has the antagonistic ability against the pathogenic microorganisms, the novel strain of the present invention can be usefully used as an environmentally friendly microorganism preparation for intestinal regulation.
