Dále je predmetem rešení kompozice tuto protilátku nebo její antigen-vazebný fragment a farmaceuticky prijatelný nosic obsahující, izolovaná sekvence nukleové kyseliny obsahující DNA, kódující sekv. id. c. 1 a kódující sekv. id. c. 2 a použití kompozice pro prípravu léciva pro lécení imunologického onemocnení.The present invention relates to an anti-VLA-1 antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof whose light chain complementarity determining regions are defined by specific sections of SEQ ID NO : 1 and SEQ ID N0 : 2. The invention further relates to a composition in which this antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier are comprised, an isolated sequence of DNA-containing nucleic acid encoding the SEQ ID NO : 1 and SEQ ID N0 : 2 as well as the use of the composition for the preparation of a medicament intended for the treatment of an immunological disease.
