PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine spray apparatus which can spray and supply a medicine to an agent supplying object region with less variation.SOLUTION: The medicine spray apparatus is provided with a feed-out means 25 for feeding out the medicine stored in a storage 24, and a rotary diffusion means 27 for diffusing the medicine fed out from the feed-out means 25 and fall-supplied through a guide path 26. The rotary diffusion means 27 is composed of a catching body 51 having a catching surface 51A of a lateral posture and rotary driven around a rotary shaft core Y of a longitude posture, and a blade body 52 for diffusion erected on the catching surface 51A. A blade-less region Q, where no blade body 52 for diffusion exist across the whole area in a circumferential direction, is formed in a part of the catching surface 51A closer to the rotary shaft core Y side than an outer edge thereof.
