PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent diffusion or absorption of an X-ray, and prevent breasts from contacting an appliance disposed on a breast X-ray imaging device, in X-ray imaging by CBCT of breasts of a subject.SOLUTION: A breast X-ray imaging device 100a comprises: an X-ray tube 15 an X-ray detector 18 which is disposed to face the X-ray tube 15 and detects the X-ray radiated by the X-ray tube 15 a housing 11 having an opening 12 into which a breast 1 of a subject is inserted and an inside cover 2 into which the breast 1 inserted from the opening 12 of the housing 11 can be inserted, which covers the opening 12 from inside of the housing 11, and which rotates with the X-ray tube 15 and the X-ray detector 18, in which the X-ray image is imaged while rotating the X-ray tube 15 and the X-ray detector 18 around the breast 1 of the subject.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検体の乳房のCBCTによるX線撮影において、X線の散乱や吸収を抑制するとともに、乳房が乳房X線撮影装置に設けられる機器等に接触することを防止する。【解決手段】乳房X線撮影装置100aは、X線管球15と、X線管球15に対向して設けられX線管球15が照射するX線を検出するX線検出器18と、被検体の乳房1を挿入する開口部12を有するハウジング11と、ハウジング11の開口部12から挿入された乳房1を挿入可能でハウジング11の内部から開口部12を塞ぎ、X線管球15およびX線検出器18と一体に回転する内部カバー2と、を有し、X線管球15およびX線検出器18を被検体の乳房1の周りで回転させながらX線画像を撮影する。【選択図】図1
