The metal sheet laminated with a water-based resin coating film is obtained by laminating a first water-based resin coating film layer, which contains a black pigment, on at least one surface of a metal sheet and laminating a second water-based resin coating film layer, which contains at least one of colloidal silica, a blue pigment, and a green pigment, on the upper side of the first water-based resin coating film layer.
