The present invention relates to a trocar for laparoscopic surgery, which has a duckbill and a duckbill support to prevent CO_2 gas from leaking due to no blocking of a duckbill groove when a surgical instrument is removed from a trocar of laparoscopic surgery. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the trocar for laparoscopic surgery comprises: a snap cap composed of an upper snap cap having an insertion hole in the center thereof, into which a surgical instrument is inserted, and a lower snap cap fitted into the lower part of the upper snap cap； a tubular-shaped canular mounted on the lower part of the lower snap cap so that a surgical instrument is inserted into or withdrawn from the inside of a body； an opening or closing member controlling intake or blocking of CO_2 gas infused into the body； and a duckbill composed of a duckbill groove installed inside the snap cap to have a groove which enables a surgical instrument to enter into the body when the instrument is inserted, and duckbill supporting surfaces blocking the duckbill groove when the surgical instrument is removed to prevent CO_2 gas from being discharged to the outside. In addition, the present invention further includes a duckbill support fitted into the lower part of the duckbill inside the snap cap to block the opening/closing of the duckbill.본 개시내용은 복강경용 투관침으로부터 수술기구를 분리시에 덕빌홈이 닫히지 않아 CO기체가 누출되는 현상을 방지하기 위한 덕빌 및 덕빌서포트 구성을 가진 복강경용 투관침에 관한 것이다. 본 개시내용의 일 실시예에 따른 복강경용 투관침은, 중앙에 수술기구가 삽입되는 삽입구가 형성된 상부스냅캡과, 상기 상부스냅캡의 하부에 끼움결합되는 하부스냅캡으로 이루어지는 스냅캡과, 상기 하부스냅캡의 하부에 장착되어 수술기구가 체내에 인입/인출되도록 구성된 관 형상의 캐뉼라와, 체내에 주입되는 CO기체의 유입/차단을 조절하는 개폐부재와, 상기 스냅캡의 내부에 설치되며, 수술기구 삽입시 체내로 진입할 수 있도록 홈을 가지는 덕빌홈과, 수술기구 분리시 상기 덕빌홈을 차단하여 CO기체가 외부로 배출되는 것을 방지하는 덕빌지지면으로 구성되는 덕빌；을 포함하는 복강경용 투관침에 있어서, 상기 스냅캡 내부에서 덕빌의 하부에 끼움결합되며, 상기 덕빌의 개폐를 차단해주는 덕빌서포트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
