A safe and effective treatment of inflammatory lesions of the injection in the subject is disclosed. The method comprises topically applying a topical composition comprising ivermectin and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier once daily to a diseased skin area. Topical treatment once a day with ivermectin is superior to reducing the number of inflammatory lesions compared with topical treatment with metronidazole twice a day.대상체에서 주사의 염증성 병변의 안전하고 효과적인 치료가 개시된다. 상기 방법은 이버멕틴 및 약학적 허용 담체를 포함하는 국소 조성물을 병에 걸린 피부 영역에 하루 한번 국소적으로 적용하는 것을 포함한다. 이버멕틴으로 하루 한번 국소 치료하면 메트로니다졸로 하루 두번 국소 치료하는 것에 비해 염증성 병변 수를 감소시키는 데 더 우수하다.
