PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device for a lead, obstructing no passage even in case of being installed at e.g., the corridor of an apartment house, and causing no catch accident even if a passer is butted thereon.SOLUTION: The fastening device 1 for a lead includes a stationary body 10 and a mobile body 20, and is to be attached onto the wall surface WF of an outer wall W. In this device 1, the stationary body 10 has: a plate 11 fixed onto the wall surface WF a cylindrical bearing 12 set on the plate 11, with its axial direction extended vertically and a piece 13 projected nearly horizontally from the plate 11. The mobile body 20 has: a main shaft 21 vertically slidably held on the bearing 12 of the stationary body 10 and a hook 22 formed in such a way as to be nearly horizontally extended from the top end of the main shaft 21 and go downward.
