The present invention relates to a composition comprising dried rose hip powder and added vitamin C, wherein the dried rose hip is obtainable by a process comprising the steps of providing harvested rose hip, drying and chopping the rose hip, separating the chopped rose hip and isolating the shells, grinding the shells, and optionally sieving the ground rose hip shells, wherein the grinding is performed at a substantially constant temperature, said temperature being below ambient temperature, such as 40°C.La présente invention concerne une composition comprenant une poudre de cynorrhodon séchée et de la vitamine C ajoutée, le cynorrhodon séché pouvant être obtenu par un procédé comprenant les étapes de fourniture de cynorrhodon récolté, de séchage et de hachage du cynorrhodon, de séparation du cynorrhodon haché et d'isolation des coques, de broyage des coques et, facultativement, de tamisage des coques de cynorrhodon broyées, le broyage étant réalisé à une température sensiblement constante, ladite température étant inférieure à la température ambiante, telle que 40 °C.
