The present invention provides a method of treating polyglutamine disease in a subject, the method comprising administering to the subject parenterally or locally an effective amount of stem cells as a unit dose. Administration is carried out in one or more treatment cycles, one treatment cycle comprising administration of 3 unit doses each at an administration interval of 2 to 6 weeks.【課題】ＳＣＡの疾患または病気を治療するための、幹細胞療法で用いられる方法、および、製品を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、被検体のポリグルタミン病を治療する方法を提供し、方法は、被検体に、単位用量としての有効量の幹細胞を非経口または局所投与することを含む。投与は、１以上の治療サイクルで行われ、１つの治療サイクルは、２～６週間の投与間隔で、それぞれ３単位用量を投与することを含む。
