PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut an operation part by an impact force of liquid without lowering selection cut performance.SOLUTION: Liquid is injected at a flow rate higher than a preceding flow in continuation to the preceding flow which is injected at a constant flow rate. Since the preceding flow flows at a constant flow rate, when the preceding flow abuts on an obstacle such as a blood vessel, the preceding flow flows so as to wrap around an opposite side of the obstacle along a surface of the obstacle by a Coanda effect. Here, by injecting a main body flow in continuation to a continuous flow, the main body flow can be made to wrap around the opposite side of the obstacle along a flow of the preceding flow, and thereby the operation part can be selectively cut while avoiding the obstacle. Also, by injecting the main body flow at a flow rate higher than the preceding flow, the main body flow abuts on the operation part at the flow rate higher than the preceding flow, and thereby even if the preceding flow abuts on the operation part before the main body flow does, the main body flow can apply an impact force to the operation part. Consequently, the operation part can be cut by the impact force of liquid without lowering selection cut performance.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】選択切除性を低下させることなく液体の衝撃力で術部を切除する。【解決手段】一定の流速で噴射された先行流に連続させて、先行流よりも速い流速で液体を噴射する。先行流は一定の流速で流れるので、血管等の障害物にあたると、コアンダ効果により障害物の表面を伝って障害物の向こう側に回り込むように流れる。そこで、本体流を連続流に連続して噴射すれば、本体流を先行流の流れに伝わせて障害物の向こう側に回り込ませることができるので、障害物を避けて術部を選択的に切除できる。また、本体流を先行流よりも速い流速で噴射すれば、本体流は先行流よりも速い流速で術部に当たるので、本体流よりも先に先行流が術部に当たっていても、術部に衝撃力を与えることが可能である。これにより、選択切除性を低下させることなく液体の衝撃力を用いて術部を切除することが可能となる。【選択図】図3
