The system may include a user interface, a processor, and a memory having a program communicatively connected to the processor. The processor may provide operations to receive a historical excretion rate of a user, receive a body parameter of the user, receive a sensor output associated with the user, generate a projected excretion rate of the user based on the historical excretion rate, the body parameter, and the sensor output, and display by the user interface a body performance output of the user in response to the same.
