PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processing about transfer of medical image data.SOLUTION: A medical image processor of one embodiment includes communication means, image processing means, storage means, and transfer management means. The communication means communicates with a transfer destination device. The image processing means performs image processing of medical image data. The storage means stores set information that determines a processing instruction showing: the image processing to be performed on the medical image data a transfer condition for transferring the medical image data to any of respective transfer destination devices and transfer destination information showing a transfer destination device to be a transfer destination of the medical image data.
