The present invention relates to fusion protein comprising: an extracellular domain of programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1)； and a fragment crystallizable (Fc) region of transformed immunoglobulin. The extracellular domain of PD-L1 and a fragment thereof have outstanding immune regulatory functions. If combining the Fc region of the transformed immunoglobulin, it is possible to apply the PD-L1 fusion protein as a drug for immune regulation. Accordingly, the PD-L1 fusion protein according to the present invention has shown excellent effectiveness in a disease model with inflammatory bowel disease, colitis, psoriasis, asthma, and arthritis, thereby being able to be used as effective treatment for the diseases.본 발명은 PD-L1의 세포외 도메인과 변형된 면역글로불린 Fc 영역으로 이루어진 융합 단백질에 관한 것이다. PD-L1의 세포외 도메인 및 이의 단편은 우수한 면역 조절 기능을 가지고 있으며, 변형된 면역글로불린의 Fc 영역을 결합시킬 경우 면역 조절을 위한 약물로 활용 가능하다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 PD-L1 융합 단백질은 염증성 장질환, 대장염, 건선, 천식 및 관절염의 질환 모델에서 그 효과가 우수함을 입증하였으므로, 상기 질환의 치료에 매우 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다.
