PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for washing and disinfecting an endoscope, which can effectively inhibit foreign matter from being mixed into the endoscope, and a washing tube unit for use in the same.SOLUTION: An apparatus for washing and disinfecting an endoscope includes: a washing tube 23 for feeding a liquid into the endoscope a connector 21 (first connection part) for connecting the washing apparatus, which connects the apparatus for washing and disinfecting the endoscope and the washing tube 23 and a connector 22 (second connection part) for connecting the endoscope, which connects the endoscope and the washing tube 23 in a direct manner or via an attachment.
