1. A fistula device comprising a generally continuous connecting tube, designed to allow passage of flow between the first vessel and the second vessel and having a proximal section and a distal section； and malleable support means located in the distal portion and configured to expand outwardly relative to the inner walls of the second vessel when placed. 2. The fistula device according to claim 1, further comprising a side channel connected to the connecting tube located on the proximal portion and adapted to engage with the wall of the first vessel near the hole in the vessel wall when placed. The fistula device according to claim 1, wherein the connecting tube comprises a flowing frame located on the proximal section and configured to cover at least a portion of the cross section of the cavity of the first vessel to provide further downstream blood supply in addition to transmural flow. A fistula device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first vessel is an artery and the second vessel is a vein. A fistula device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the compliant support means is flexible enough and generally malleable to minimize radial extension of the second vessel after placement. 7. The fistula device according to claim 2, wherein the side channel comprises a first flange extending radially with respect to the hole.
