The present invention relates to a growth regulator composition for improving vegetative growth and reproductive growth of tomato. The composition has 10-100 mg/L salicylic acid, 10-100 mg/L auxin, and 0.01-1 mg/L cytokinin. The composition also increases enzyme activities of nitrate reductase (NR), glutamine synthetase (GS), and glutamate synthase (GOGAT) of nitrogen assimilation in tomato.
