A guiding device delivered through a vessel, comprising: an expandable member movable between a compressed position and an outwardly extended, expanded position； and - a guide tube operably connected to the expandable member and having a distal tip movable between the first position generally parallel to the expandable member in the compressed position and the second position, inclined to the first position. 2. The guiding device according to claim 1, wherein the second position is generally perpendicular to the first position. A guide device according to claim 1, wherein the expandable member moves in response to selectively activating the expandable member between the compressed and expanded positions. A guide device according to claim 1, wherein the expandable member comprises an opening and the distal tip of the guide tube is connected to the expandable member coinciding with the hole. The guide device according to claim 1, further comprising: a first elongated element comprising a first cavity； and - a second elongated element comprising a second cavity and a lateral hole, where the guide tube is located along the second cavity and the second elongated element is located along the first cavity, where the expandable element extends between the first end connected to the first elongated element and the opposite second end connected with a second elongated member, such that the expandable member extends outward in response to a longitudinal displacement of the second elongated member relative to the first elongated member. 6.
