The present invention relates to a production method for controlling a feeding timing for the aquatic product. The present invention intends to improve the growth of aquaculture, such as the fish or the shrimp, and solve the problem that the aquatic product is not easily to be raised in winter. The corresponding steps of the method comprises: (A) measuring the environmental temperature to be 12℃ to 25℃ (B) measuring the water temperature, within a distance of 25cm to 35cm from the water surface, to be the environmental temperature within 3℃ error in positive or in negative (C) throwing foodstuffs to feed the aquatic product such as the fish or the shrimp in the culture pond. The method of the present invention is particularly used for raising the milkfish.本發明為一種控制水產養殖時間之生產方法,主要目的在於使養殖魚、蝦等水產的生長狀態更好,並且可以解決水產養殖業在冬季不易養殖生產的缺失。本發明步驟如下:A.首先度量環境溫度達到介於12℃至36℃之間;B.再度量養殖池中距離水面25公分至35公分之間的水溫是否達到與前述環境溫度一致,所述與環境溫度一致係指溫度誤差在正負3℃之間;C.當前述養殖池中距離水面25公分至35公分之間的水溫達到與前述環境溫度一致時,則對前述養殖池飼養之魚、蝦執行投擲餌料餵食。本發明方法較佳用於虱目魚養殖之用途。
