Disclosed in the present specification provides a composition for improving skin condition containing an epidermal growth factor (EGF) and glycerol as active ingredients. The composition maintains a stable condition when being applied to skin, and can effectively transfer effects of EGF to the skin, thereby providing an excellent skin condition improvement effect to a user.
