Center parts of a pair of right and left slat frames are attached to a reel rotary shaft on the scraping reel, a slat bar 18 is attached to a tip of each slat arm, a reel tine 19 is provided on each slat bar 18 in a suspended state and is attached through a stay for attachment of the reel tine 19.
