A set of small molecules ERα biomodulators that kill therapy-resistant ERα positive breast, ovarian, and endometrial cancer cells. These small molecules have increased therapeutic potential because of an increased ability to kill therapy-resistant breast cancer cells compared to BHPI and other conventional therapies (endocrine therapies, tamoxifen and fulvestrant/ICI). The new compounds do not only inhibit proliferation of the cancer cells but actually kills them, which prevents reactivation of tumors years later.La présente invention concerne un ensemble de biomodulateurs ERα à petites molécules qui tuent les cellules cancéreuses du sein, de l'ovaire, et de l'endomètre ERα positives résistantes à la thérapie. Ces petites molécules présentent un potentiel thérapeutique accru du fait d'une capacité accrue de tuer les cellules cancéreuses du sein résistantes à la thérapie comparées à BHPI et d'autres thérapies classiques (thérapies endocrines, tamoxifène et fulvestrant/ICI). Les nouveaux composés n'inhibent pas seulement la prolifération des cellules cancéreuses mais les tuent également, empêchant la réactivation des tumeurs des années plus tard.
