The present invention relates to a seeder for vinyl covering device comprising a bracket part(200) connected to the support frame(103), which is installed to be elevated by the cylinder(102) of vinyl covering device(10) for automatically forming a plot and covering the vinyl while being pulled by a tractor； a main body frame(300) which is connected to the bracket part(200) to allow the rotation the front end thereof； a sowing drum(400) which has a spot seeding device(401), is rotationally installed on the main body frame(300), and sows the supplied seeds； and a seed tank(500) which supplies the seeds to the sowing drum(400) through the supply route(501) connected to the sowing drum(400) by being installed on top of the main body frame(300), thereby preventing unsowing due to the pitching in the sowing process for the improved accuracy and efficiency of sowing, and turning upside down of the sowing device due to the vinyl covering device.본 발명은 비닐 피복장치용 파종기에 관한 것으로서, 트랙터에 의해 견인되면서 두둑을 성형하고, 비닐을 피복하는 작업을 자동 수행하는 비닐 피복장치(10)의 실린더(102)에 의해 승강 가능케 설치된 지지프레임(103)에 연결하는 브라켓부(200)와； 상기 브라켓부(200)에 전방 단부를 회전 가능케 결합하는 본체프레임(300)과； 점파수단(401)을 구비하고, 상기 본체프레임(300)에 회전 가능케 설치하여 내부에 공급되는 종자를 점파하는 파종드럼(400)과； 상기 본체프레임(300) 상부에 설치하여 상기 파종드럼(400)과 이어지는 공급통로(501)를 통해 상기 파종드럼(400)에 종자를 공급하는 종자통(500)을 포함하여 구성함으로써 파종을 수행하는 과정에서 상하 요동으로 인한 미파종을 방지하여 파종의 정확성과 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 비닐 피복장치에 의해 파종기가 상하로 회전할 때, 뒤집히는 것을 방지하는 효과가 있다.
