Described is an arthroscopic bone transplanting drill guide for drilling asecondbore in a bone section intended for transplanting over to a second bone, thesecond boredrilled a predetermined distance from a first bore formed in said bonesection. The drillguide includes an elongated shaft configured to receive a bone drill, a drillnut extendingdistally from the distal end of the shaft and configured to allow a bone drillreceivedwithin the shaft to pass through. The guide further includes an arm includinga guide pincentrally mounted on a distal end of the arm and extending parallel to thedrill, the guidepin configured to fit within said first bore formed in said bone section. Alsodescribed is akit of medical instruments particularly useful in such a procedure.
