A system for electrically stimulating one or more muscle groups includes aprocessor-readable storage medium storing,in association with each of at least one muscle group, digital exertion datarepresentative of one or more action potentials capturedduring an exertion regime from the muscle group of a respective subject; asignal generator for generating electrical stimulation signals;processing structure configured to automatically retrieve digital exertiondata from the processor-readable storage medium and toautomatically cause the signal generator to generate new electricalstimulation signals based on the digital exertion data; and a signaldistributor for conveying the new electrical stimulation signals from thesignal generator to one or more respective muscle groups ofat least one different subject. Also provided is a system for providingexercise session data including a capture subsystem capturingone or more action potentials from at least one muscle group of a subjectduring an exertion regime, the capture subsystem includinga processor-readable storage medium; processing structure generating digitalexertion data representative of the one or more actionpotentials and creating the exercise session data by: storing the digitalexertion data in association with an identification of the respectivemuscle group in the processor-readable storage medium; storing, in theprocessor-readable storage medium, one or more exercises eachdefining at least the digital exertion data for one or more muscle groups; andstoring, in the processor-readable storage medium, oneor more sessions each defining at least one or more of the exercises, apublishing subsystem for publishing the exercise session datafor download and use by at least one different subject to cause anotherprocessing structure to generate and distribute new electricalstimulation signals to one or more respective muscle groups of the at leastone different subjec
