The present invention relates to an ultrasonic diagnosis device. An ultrasonic diagnosis device according to the present invention comprises an ultrasonic transducer, a transmitter which supplies a signal to the ultrasonic transducer, a receiver which receives a signal from the ultrasonic transducer, and a spectrum center calculator which calculates the spectrum center of a reception signal based on the reception signal outputted from the receiver. The spectrum center calculator calculates a spectrum center based on the values of the samples of the reception signal and the values of some samples.본 발명은 초음파 진단 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 초음파 진단 장치는, 초음파 트랜스듀서, 초음파 트랜스듀서에 신호를 공급하는 송신기, 초음파 트랜스듀서로부터 신호를 수신하는 수신기, 그리고 수신기로부터 출력되는 수신 신호에 기반하여 수신 신호의 스펙트럼 중심을 계산하도록 구성되는 스펙트럼 중심 계산기로 구성된다. 스펙트럼 중심 계산기는 수신 신호의 샘플들의 값들 및 일부 샘플들의 값들에 기반하여 스펙트럼 중심을 계산한다.
