METHODS AND COMPOSITIONS USING 4-AMINO-2-(2,6-DIOXO-PIPERIDINE-3-YL)-ISOINDOLINE-1,3-DIONE FOR TREATMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM CANCERS
Methods and compositions are disclosed for treating, preventing or managing central nervous system cancer. The method involves the administration of 4-amino-2- (2,6-dioxo-piperidin-3-yl) -isoindoline-1,3-dione, also known as Pomalidomide. Also provided are therapeutic methods of using the compounds in conjunction with chemotherapy, radiation therapy, hormone therapy, biological therapy or immunotherapy.
