PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure objectivity and quantitativity in a perception examination by reducing the variation of perception stimulation giving conditions, which occurs during one examination or between multiple examinations, concerning the perception examination for evaluating the severity of neuroparalysis.SOLUTION: A position movement control means 2 automatically controls the position of a stimulation giving unit 1, based on the skin surface shape 11 of a subject, which is measured by a skin surface shape measure 3. The stimulation giving unit 1 gives a perception stimulation to the skin surface of the subject at a movement-controlled position.
