Disclosed is an injection guide comprises a holder (1) being cylindrical shape, said holder is having a provision for insertion of a syringe a base frame (6) means to support for the syringe holder primary angle unit (2) and secondary angle unit (4), said units having a predetermined degree of angle varying from 10° to 90° a primary pointer (3) and a secondary pointer (5)the primary pointer and the secondary pointer being connected to primary angle unit (2) and secondary angle unit (4) respectively a slit (7) being oval shape means to insert the needle said slit being centrally placed in the said injection guide wherein the syringe holder (1) being fixed to the primary unit system (2,3) or the secondary unit system (4, 5) such that the needle of the syringe can attain an angle varying from 10° to 90° wherein the length of the syringe holder is 46.92mm.
