PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily observe respective images approximate to each other among a plurality of image groups for which the inside of an object is imaged by a plurality of imaging elements.
SOLUTION: The image display device 4 comprises a storage part 14 for storing the groups PG1 and PG2 of the images inside the object imaged by the plurality of imaging elements corresponding to the specifying information of the respective images, a display part 12 using a display such as a liquid crystal, and a control part 15. The display part 12 displays a main display area for displaying the image within the image groups PG1 and PG2 and a selection GUI for selecting the image group to be displayed in the main display area from the image groups PG1 and PG2. The control part 15 performs the control of determining a relating image most approximate to the present display image from the selected image group on the basis of the specifying information of the present display image in the main display area and the specifying information of the respective images within the image group selected by the selection GUI and switching the present display image to the relating image.
