PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test piece and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A test piece includes an insulation substrate and a track metal pattern structure. The track metal pattern structure includes first, second, third, fourth, and fifth metal pattern layers accumulated from bottom to top. The pattern and position of these first to fifth layers completely overlap with each other.
