PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-calorie candy simultaneously improved in peculiar harsh taste and creaking texture which erythritol has.
SOLUTION: The non-calorie candy has erythritol as the main ingredient, and contains 0.05-5.0 wt.% phosphoric acid. The non-calorie candy contains preferably 90 wt.% or more of erythritol. Further, it is preferable to mix 0.05-5.1 pts.wt. phosphoric acid with 100 pts.wt. erythritol.
