The present invention provides a method for preparing the α-crystalline form of imatinib mesylate. The method of the present invention may involve using a mixed solvent as a reaction solvent to significantly reduce the content of isopropyl alcohol remaining in the α-crystalline form of imatinib mesylate ultimately obtained.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de la forme cristalline α du mésylate dimatinib. Le procédé de la présente invention peut impliquer lutilisation dun solvant mixte comme solvant de réaction pour réduire de manière significative la teneur en alcool isopropylique restant dans la forme cristalline α du mésylate dimatinib finalement obtenue.본 발명은 이마티닙 메실레이트 결정형 α를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 방법은 반응 용매로 혼합 용매를 사용함으로써 최종적으로 수득된 이마티닙 메실레이트 결정형 α에 잔류하는 이소프로필 알콜의 함량을 현저하게 낮출 수 있다.
