Disclosed is a composition for drying hair including volatile silicone oil, ethanol, a silicone resin and non-volatile silicone oil. The hair composition interrupts hydrogen bonding between the hair surface and water through hair coating and thus is effective for shortening hair drying time. In addition, when using the composition for drying hair according to an embodiment of the present disclosure repeatedly, the hair is waterproof-coated, which provides an excellent effect of shortening hair drying time.
