The abrasion tool including a generally elongate body having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end including a first proximal segment, a head formed in the distal end of the body, and a lumen formed within the body and extending from the first proximal segment to the head. The head further includes an opening spanning a portion of the width of the head and in communication with the lumen, and a plurality of teeth extending transversely to the longitudinal axis and spanning the width of the opening, where the plurality of teeth are longitudinally spaced apart by a plurality of gaps.
