PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing bubbles by which bubbles (microbubbles or nano bubbles) with uniform size can be produced stably, and to provide a container for producing bubbles for use in the method of producing bubbles with uniform size.SOLUTION: The method of producing bubbles comprises: a step of injecting a solution 10 containing a target substance up to a predetermined height of a container 20 a step of oscillating the container at a number of revolutions of 5000 rpm or more while the pressure in the container 20 is higher than 1.0 atm so that the solution 10 repeatedly collides with an inner face of the container 20 and a step of oscillating the container 20 again at a number of revolutions of 5000 rpm or more after changing the pressure in the container 20.
