PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser handpiece and a laser treatment device capable of efficiently performing treatment of an entire oral cavity region which is a narrow and complex shape.SOLUTION: A laser handpiece 4 comprises: a handpiece housing 42 a probe-type laser irradiation part 10 and a relay member 50 which is arranged between the handpiece housing 42 and the probe-type laser irradiation part 10 and can be connected to the handpiece housing 42. The handpiece housing 42 of the handpiece 4 comprises: an internal optical transmission body 32a which is connected to a laser transmission path 3, and guides a laser beam guided from the laser transmission path 3 and a screw mounting part 42a which allows the connection with the relay member 50.
