Same is constituted by a bottom frame (1-2), a translational frame (1-1), and a hydraulic drive system. The bottom frame (1-2) is constituted by a left-side beam (1-21) and a right-side beam (1-22). The translational frame (1-1) is a frame-type structure. The left-side beam (1-21) and the right-side beam (1-22) respectively are connected to the translational frame via two rocking columns. The rocking columns respectively are pivotally connected both to the left- and right-side beams and to the translational frame. The rocking columns are divided into front rocking columns (1-4) and rear rocking columns (1-3). The left- and right-side rear rocking columns respectively are connected to a jacking hydraulic cylinder (1-6). The jacking hydraulic cylinder is pivotally connected respectively to the left-side beam and to the right-side beam. The translational frame is provided at the rear part thereof with a connection mechanism that can be connected to a rice transplanter and a pesticide spraying machine.
